How To Book Your Test

Driver number
Cat D/Cat C Stock Number
Credit card, debit card, 3V Visa Prepaid Vouchers
PPSN number
Your Irish learner permit or driver licence

3. Postal Application Form

Postal Application Forms can be downloaded here and sent to Driver Theory Test, PO Box 788, Togher, Cork

Please DO NOT send your application to a Driver Theory Test Centre.

Alternatively they can be obtained from the booking help line, driver theory testing centres and motor taxation offices. (Postal applications for a learner permit should be sent to the Motor Taxation Office in your city/county of residence).

4. Exam Fee

The fee for the CPC Multiple Choice test is €70. The fee for the CPC Case Study test is €70. Each test is paid for separately.
